Training of Professional Etiquette and Protocols for non management staff
Sukkur IBA University arranged a training for its support staff comprising of Receptionists, Office Boys, Drivers, Cooks, Room attendants, Housekeeping staff and helpers on the topic "Professional Etiquette and Protocols for non management staff ". The training included the employees of SIBAU and its campuses at Kandhkot and Khairpur Mirs. Total 60 employees attended the One-day Workshop in two batches held on 22nd and 23rd of July, 2018 at Executive Development Center of SIBAU. The Training was arranged by HRD section of SIBAU. Trainees demonstrated a great passion and excitement during and at the end of training pledging to put the learned knowledge in practice.The main objective of the training was to strengthen the service delivery standards and cultivate a professional culture at SIBAU. Talking to the certification distribution ceremony, Registrar, Sukkur IBA University, Engineer Zahid Hussain Khand underlined the long held ideal of of SIBAU; Merit, Quality and Excellence. He stressed on promoting professionalism and quality service delivery at every level of employees so as to make university a world class seat of learning and working. He also thanked the Programme facilitator, Mr Rizwan Ahmed and M/S Growth Trainings for conducting these sessions and HRD staff for executing the programme.
